Remembering Jeff Norris
Jeff Norris founded Paraclete Energy to solve a difficult problem - the kind of challenge he sought out throughout his career. It was work that demanded both technical creativity and disciplined business strategy. He had a rare ability to see potential early and to build the organizations required to realize it. Over the course of his professional life, he guided one company from a simple concept to a NASDAQ public offering and was frequently sought out by investors to restructure and relaunch others.
When Jeff started Paraclete Energy in 2012, his motivation was different. For him, this was more than a business. His faith directly shaped his leadership, which is why he chose the name Paraclete. He believed deeply in the mission to “bring light to all those in darkness” and held the company to that standard. The work on SILO Silicon™ was never just a scientific pursuit; it was his practical way of making energy safer, more reliable, and more accessible.
Those who worked with Jeff knew him for his personal warmth and integrity. He was a leader who put his team first, and despite the demands of the business, his family was always his highest priority.
Jeff built a company that reflects these values. At Paraclete, our purpose and our people matter as much as our technology. That was his standard - and it remains ours.
In service of the mission Jeff built,
The Paraclete Energy Team
