Justin McCombs leads Defense & Government Programs at Paraclete Energy, bringing more than 21 years of Naval Special Warfare experience as a SEAL Operator to the intersection of defense capability and next-generation energy solutions. Over his career, he built deep expertise in strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, and mission execution — holding multiple operational and training Senior Enlisted Leadership positions and leading more than 100 combat operations across global theaters.

Transitioning from the battlefield to the boardroom, Justin applies Special Operations principles — precision, adaptability, and disciplined execution — to complex energy challenges facing modern defense systems. He is responsible for shaping Paraclete’s market strategy, identifying emerging requirements, and building strategic partnerships across defense and unmanned systems markets.
