Brian Byars serves as Vice President of Special Projects at Paraclete Energy, where he focuses on turning technical work and leadership intent into processes that can be executed reliably. His role spans operations, procurement, employee administration, and communications, with an emphasis on maintaining alignment across schedules, documentation, and day-to-day execution as the company advances toward commercialization.

Over a decade at Paraclete, Brian has negotiated supplier agreements, built purchasing and approval workflows, and managed employee administration for a distributed, multi-state workforce. He oversees internal and external communications, producing materials for customers, partners, and internal teams, maintaining website operations and security, coordinating media and conference activity, and compiling weekly industry intelligence used to support leadership decision-making. In parallel, he works closely with the CEO, managing communications, scheduling, and follow-through across active priorities to prevent drift as demands compete.

Shaped by a career that began in graphic design and production and expanded into marketing leadership and documentation control, Brian brings a systems-first approach to execution. He prioritizes clear documentation, durable processes, and operational continuity—building structures that hold together under pressure rather than only in ideal conditions.
