Members of Paraclete Energy’s scientific team are from respected organizations such as Lawrence Berkeley National Labs, UC Berkeley, MIT, NASA, Georgia Tech, University of Michigan, University of Waterloo, Wharton, University of Utah, Colorado State University, Polytechnic of Italy, CICenergigune of Spain, Université de Picardie Jules Verne, Warsaw University of Technology of Poland, Syracuse University and Columbia University. The expertise of Paraclete Energy’s scientific team includes silicon chemistry, industrial milling, battery design and manufacturing, electrode processing, chemistry, chemical engineering, electrochemistry, materials, mechanical engineering, organic chemistry, polymer science, finance, and solid state chemistry and physics. Paraclete Energy’s scientific team has a combination of over 100 publications, patents, presentations and posters on battery-related science, materials and engineering topics.

Jeff Norris, the CEO and founder of Paraclete Energy, Inc. is an experienced serial entrepreneur. Jeff has a MBA Duke University, B.S. Finance USC and winner of the E&Y Entrepreneur of The Year award and the Young Alumni of the year from USC. Jeff has completed multiple financing and/or strategic transaction rounds valued over $500 million as well as taking one of his other companies from concept to a NASDAQ IPO where Series A investors held stock valued at 106:1 and Series B investors held stock valued at 77:1. Jeff came from the computer industry where his specialty was chemical manufacturing and reengineering, utilizing process control and systems engineering. Jeff has over 90 patents issued or filed as primary or co-inventor.
